Eclipse Proxy is a reseller platform that provides access to residential, ISP, datacenter, and mobile proxy services. We do not own or operate the underlying proxy infrastructure. Instead, we connect customers to authenticated proxy networks operated by third-party providers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
User Responsibilities

Payment Terms

EclipseData LLC acts as an intermediary facilitator and shall not be liable for issues arising from the third-party infrastructure providers.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. EclipseData LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
EclipseData LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
