Illegal Activities
Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law, including but not limited to:

- Distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Terrorism or support for terrorist organizations
Hacking & Unauthorized Access
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Credential stuffing, brute force attacks, or password cracking
- Vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without explicit authorization
- Using proxies to bypass security measures or access restricted systems
Malware & Harmful Software
- Distributing malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or ransomware
- Using proxies to deliver or obscure malicious code
- Creating or spreading botnets or command-and-control infrastructure
Abuse & Harassment
- Sending spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
- Doxing or publishing private information without consent
Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
- Trademark infringement or unauthorized use of brand names
Network Abuse
- DDoS attacks or other network-based attacks
- Excessive traffic or bandwidth consumption to disrupt service
- Spamming proxy connections or network pollution
- Port scanning, network reconnaissance, or probing
Enforcement & Account Termination
EclipseData LLC takes violations of this policy seriously. Upon discovering prohibited activities, we may:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Block IP addresses or proxy connections
- Forfeit unused credit balance
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Take civil action if necessary to recover damages
