• Vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without explicit authorization
• Using proxies to bypass security measures or access restricted systems

• Distributing malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or ransomware
• Using proxies to deliver or obscure malicious code
• Creating or spreading botnets or command-and-control infrastructure

• Sending spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Doxing or publishing private information without consent

• Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
• Trademark infringement or unauthorized use of brand names

• DDoS attacks or other network-based attacks
• Excessive traffic or bandwidth consumption to disrupt service
• Spamming proxy connections or network pollution
• Port scanning, network reconnaissance, or probing
